IT Services

Purpose

IT Services is the landing area for asset management, budget, support tickets, team members, employees, and organisation settings.

Modules

• IT Asset Management — hardware/software inventory and assignment
• Budget Management — spend entries, currency conversion, file uploads
• Support Management — ticket lifecycle with sequential statuses
• Team Members — organisation user accounts managed by admins
• Employees — employee directory used across IT and HR
• Org Settings — prefixes, custom fields, budget and subscription settings

Access

Module availability can be controlled by subscribed services configured by the super-user. Inactive services show a subscription gate instead of the module UI.
