Dashboard

Purpose

The dashboard is the home screen after login. It shows live counters for IT assets, budget utilisation, open support tickets, and team members, with direct links into each module.

Key metrics

• Total IT Assets — count of assets that are not soft-deleted
• Budget Utilisation — spent amount versus total budget assigned (uses converted amounts when currency conversion is enabled)
• Open Tickets — support tickets still in active statuses
• Team Members — active organisation team accounts

Typical workflow

• Sign in at /software/login
• Review dashboard cards for alerts or high utilisation
• Click a card or sidebar link to open the relevant module
