Refunds & Cancellations

Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

This policy applies because:

  • Credits are delivered instantly to your account
  • Credits never expire and can be used at any time
  • Credits are digital products that cannot be returned

Exceptions

We may issue refunds in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Technical Errors: If credits were not delivered due to a technical error on our end
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you can prove the charge was unauthorized

To request a refund for these cases, contact us within 7 days of the purchase with proof of the issue.

Premium Services

For premium subscription services (if applicable):

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from your profile page
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused subscription time
  • Access continues until the end of your paid period

Free Services

Most of our tools and services are free to use. No charges, no refunds needed.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptions policy:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include your transaction ID/order number
  3. Explain the issue with supporting evidence
  4. We'll review and respond within 48 hours

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund. Any unused credits will be permanently lost.
