Refunds & Cancellations

Credit Purchases
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
This policy applies because:
- Credits are delivered instantly to your account
- Credits never expire and can be used at any time
- Credits are digital products that cannot be returned
Exceptions
We may issue refunds in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Technical Errors: If credits were not delivered due to a technical error on our end
- Unauthorized Charges: If you can prove the charge was unauthorized
To request a refund for these cases, contact us within 7 days of the purchase with proof of the issue.
Premium Services
For premium subscription services (if applicable):
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your profile page
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused subscription time
- Access continues until the end of your paid period
Free Services
Most of our tools and services are free to use. No charges, no refunds needed.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptions policy:

- Include your transaction ID/order number
- Explain the issue with supporting evidence
- We'll review and respond within 48 hours
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Account Deletion

Note: Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund. Any unused credits will be permanently lost.
